Wisemonk is an India Employer of Record platform that helps US software agencies, startups, and enterprises build engineering and delivery teams in India without setting up a local entity. The product handles compliant hiring, payroll, equipment, statutory benefits, and offboarding, so US companies can move from job description to live hire in days rather than months. The team had an active SEO program running, with an in house content engine pushing real volume. The category position was specialist and the product strong, but the discovery layer and the brand consistency around the most important commercial queries were underperforming the work going in.

Problem

Wisemonk had a working SEO motor, but the wheels were spinning in the wrong direction. The in house team was producing real content volume, but rankings and inbound leads were not aligned with the effort. The category facing landing page for EOR India was missing.
